Established in 1922 and celebrating 100+ years of service, the Peoria Officials Association (POA) seeks to be THE primary development resource for area football and basketball officials and a trusted source of skilled officials for the schools that we serve.

Why Should I Join the POA?
The POA strives to provide the latest and best in NFHS football and basketball officials training both online and in person. Membership gives officials exclusive access to regular rules interpretation meetings, top-notch clinicians, area leaders, and more - all dedicated to bringing professionalism and excellence to our game.
Study the Game
Our goal of professionalism and excellence comes at a price. To be the best our profession has to offer, POA members dedicate themselves to the study and love of the game. Film review, rules interpretation, study sessions, group breakdown of plays, scenario exercises, proper use of terms, personal health and wellness, sharp uniforms… you get the idea. We have fun, but we mean business.
